what i do is take the printer cartridges out and get a cotton bud pour some nailvarnish remover or aftershave onto it and dab the printer heads onto it until you see ink starting to feed through another method i use is to just go into mspaint and i draw a cyan magenta yellow and a black circle or square of quite decent sizes also i usually draw the same with the secondry colours ie orange green purple and so on now send about 10 copies out to the printer and see if that helps feed the ink through. also most printers have a head cleaning function in the printer driver you could try that. and remember if you are going to use the mspaint idea omit any megentas out of your image to save on the ink that you knowe to be working

Sounds like the new ink cartridge heads are cloged... to clean, wet a paper towel with window cleaner, rub the ink cartridge across it, until you see all colors. then reinstall. Good Luck!

Run a test page, clean your nozzles a few time until you get all the colours showing clear on the test page

Sounds to me as if your jets are blocked or ink may be dry if it is jets its cheaper to buy a new printer than have it repaired
