I have MSN and some user has gotten into my contact list. He keeps sending me obscene messages and every time i block him and delete - he creates a new user and does it again. I can i permantly get rid of him or at least find out what his name is?

Make a note of the email addresses he creates, and then contact MSN explaining what's been happening and giving them a list of the email addresses this person uses. They will be able to trace who it is.

You can contact them via this link (using the boxes near the bottom of the page) http://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=msncom&page=support_home_options_form_byemail&ct=eformts

Good luck

Your best bet is to change your privacy to where all new contacts have to ask for permission from you to be added to your contact list. When a person wants to be added you get a message stating the request, who it is, and gives you an option to allow, not allow, and block permently. Once you do this, just click on block permently to anyone who you do not know requests to be added to your list. This way if you don't have previous knowlege of a person wanting to be added, in other words if you are not expecting someone to ask, then you can be assurred it is somebody you don't know and not let them in. You can tell your friends to e-mail you if they are going to ask to be added, this way you will know to expect them to request addition to your list.

This is the best method in keeping out those you do not want on your list. If you keep your settings to allow anyone who wants to be on your list to just add themselves without having to request it, then you are going to keep having these problems. It is important you keep your privacy options as tight as possible in order to keep the odd balls and dangerous eeek people out.

Good luck and much fun with Windows Live messenger, as this is what it is called now, not MSN.
