best eyeliner?

i want an eyeliner that goes inside rims and lasts all day without having to reapply! i hate when it smears or runs down my face, so i need one that goes inside the rims and wont come off until i actually take it off!

i also agree of wat u said, i hate when i have to reapply. but i would say Clinique kohl shaper for eyes, its smooth and easy the apply on your eye. and you dun need to buy an extra sharpner cos the sharpner is the lid of the pencil. another one would be urban decay glide on eye pencil and its super smooth and gentle to apply and its available in nice colourful shades like not just only brown and black , theres blue, purple and green... but its hard to just remove it wiv water, should remove wiv make up remover but i dun use it, i use my own moisturize cream to remove it. hope this info helps

Well I found an eyeliner that stays all day but I use two kinds. Liquid and a pencil. The liquid is about $5 dollars and it's called "Professional Liquid Eye Liner" by Rimmel. Cheaper but it works great. I use it on the outside lining of my eye and use the pencil on the inner lining or rims. I use Maybelline's "Unstoppable" in Onyx (black) for the pencil. It works great but I do have to reapply the inner lining sometimes. Due to the inner lining being wet because it's closest to the eye, I don't think you will an eyeliner than will not smudge when that slick and wet. Hope this helped :)

You actually shouldn’t apply eyeliner onto the inside your eye lids. I am assuming you are talking about the above your bottom set of eyelashes. You shouldn’t apply directly there for a few reasons. It can cause an eye infection. if your eyes get watery and the eyeliner starts to run off and down your face it is because it irritates your eyes. Even if the brand is water proof, that won't stop that from happening.

If you want Dramatic beautiful eyes you should sharpen your eyeliner, (I use N.Y.C) and apply directly underneath your eye lashes. Also, make sure that you put mascara on those bottom lashes. I have a routine in the morning, After I get out of the shower I immediately do my make up, blow dry my hair, get dresses, comeback and straighten my hair. By the time I am done straightening my hair I will need to clean up a few places in my make up. I use face lotion on the bottom of a Qtip, it gets unwanted junk off. If you wait to apply your makeup as the last part of your routine it is hard to gage if it is dry or not. That is why I put mine on first.

I use a eye shadow for eyeliner and I think it stays on best. It doesnt run at all. I like nars night flight or night breed. you just dap your eyeliner brush in a tissue with a bit of water on it then put it on your eye. Its what most make artist use pencils are out

I love Benefits cake eye liner. You use a small angled brush and some water, and it goes on easy. It's like a liquid liner, but so much easier. You can even take a matte eye shadow in any color you like, wet the brush, and apply as a liner. It's so easy and last all day.

I would have to recommend MAC eyeliner from dillards mall, you can check out the website as welll. It goes on dark and doesnt smear..you also dont have to worry about it all day!

I love love love rimmel's soft kohl eyeliner! Its super cheap but it goes on so smooth and stays on all day!
