the other day i threw my book onto the table and it slid off the end so she said i shad chuckd it across the room,it hadnt touched the desk and i was gettin stressy about it,& because i have a bit of a temper other teaches wont bother with my opinion.
another time she said i calld the work gay to me because she accidentaly or misherd me say case study, then she sent me out when i answered back and told the gay techer( who is gay) i called her gay.
Its just whenever i get in trouble whether i deserve it or not, she will get a teacher of higher status and make up her ow 'story' of what happend which is usualy far from the truth.

Please use ADD DETAILS feature to provide specifics. What is she lying about? What is your side of the story? It's very difficult to provide an opinion about the situation without knowing anything about it.

Teachers usually don't look to get kids in trouble...they just report trouble because they want the bad behavior to stop. I would talk nicely to the teacher one-on-one to work things out. That is the mature way of handling things.

You are not real specific but if your teacher is "lying" you need to have witnesses to support your case. Document the incidents that happen and talk to your parents or go right to the top, the principal, and explain. Good luck.

Under usual conditions and circumstances you cannot get anyone to believe that.First try to convince your parents that she is a ***** and then tell them the truth.

Yes, prove she is lying by offering evidence (witnesses, documents, etc) to dispute the fact(s) she is alleging....

if you have no evidence, and it's just your word against hers, it will be much harder to disprove...

What is the situation? You can't expect to get an answer if you don't explain what is happening.

If she doesn't have any proof, I would assert our countries greatest adage -- "Innocent until proven guilty".
