If two of the Beatles are dead then why do they have a new cd out???????

compilations from past , studio and personal recordings from past , now being released . not unusuall, in the music biz !, especially if the survivors or familys need money !

If there is a "new" Beatles CD out, it would definitely not be anything new, maybe just something un-released or remastered.

They remastered some of the old material, mashed them up, got the approval of the two surviving Beatles and the two widows, and released it.

Oh, and because it rocks! ;-)

Only one of them is dead (John Lennon) and the 'new' cd is actually stuff that was written in the sixties and seventies but never released until now.

The band broke up in 1972.

One thing I would like to have heard was While my Guitar Gently Weeps done on acoustic guitar. But George Martin layed on an orchestra over it.

they just use music that was taped long ago. some times use stuff not on other Cd's.
