i know that the sex of the foetus can be determined to know if it is a boy or a girl before the baby is actually born. But what i wanna know is, whether there is any method other than tht , i mean something like u collect the sperm , and categorise it into X-sperms and Y-sperms ,and then Artificially inseminate only the Y-sperms ,so tht 100% risk-proof , one can be sure that the baby will be a baby boy?...or mayb like u can make a testtube(even while the fertilisation takes place) baby which is a boy ?

We have a theory that the male sperm are the fast swimmers and die quicker than the female sperm. the female sperm are the longdistance runners and live longer.

THerefore if you have intercorse only around the end of your cycle when the egg is nearly going to be released you should have a male.

BUt if you plan your intercourse around just after the seventh day after your menstration during the first part fo your cycle when the egg is up high in the fallopian tube and travelling down towards the uterus. It should end up to be that only the female sperm contact the egg. and fetilize it.

I can understand wanting to have a boy or a girl and increaseing your chances for that. especcially if you already have a child and would like one of the opposite sex. Not like you want to have ten babies before you finally get you boy.

But please remember you should love what ever comes along. It is still your baby and a human life.

It is not possible to determine gender 100%, however...there is a procedure through artificial insemination (kind of like you described) where they separate the X and Y sperm. Apparently it's easier to separate only the X sperm since there is a 90% success rate when trying for a girl, and only a 75% success rate when trying for a boy.

Babies aren't toys and even if you opt for such a procedure you should be ready to love the baby no matter what gender it is!

Why does it have to be a boy?
I do not believe there are any in-home methods that are foolproof. I have heard that taking cough syrup while trying to conceive thins your mucous and make the sperm swim faster but I think that is for having a girl.
What if you got pregnant and it was a girl? Would you kill her?

There is no 100% risk proof way to select the sex of your child. You can have it done at certain clinics, but it is not 100% accurate, and it costs lots of money.

You can...but its costly. There is a clinic in the US that does selective pregnancy. it costs about $20,000.00 to conceive what you want...boy or girl

Go to a clinic. DIY baby selection doesn't work.

With that attitude, don't even have a baby.
A baby is a baby regardless of sex.
