everytime i go to print something, my printer says it's offline and now i really need to print something and i cant, can someone help me please?????

try turning it off and on. try disconnecting it from the pc then reconnecting. reboot the computer. you can try to stop and restart the print spooler. to do this go into control panel-then administrative tool-then services-then scroll down the list till you see print spooler-double click that-now click stop-you will get a message from the computer-click ok-once it has stopped the spooler click start-once it has started try to print something. there may also be a button on the printer to set it on or off line .worse case you can uninstall and reinstall the printer. hope one of htese works good luck

Right click on Printer icon and click on Set printer online.

I have a HP printer it was working and trying to print 60 some pages for Nancy I pushed stop printing and it went off line,how do I get it back on and working?

Sent something to the printer
A printer icon should appear in the system tray near the clock on the bottom right
Click on the icon and open it
Open the File menu
Make sure that "Work Offline" is not checked
