Seriously, why hide who you are? Are you ashamed of being gay? [If you still live at home, you get a "bye" about telling your parents until you can support yourself.]

If your boyfriend isn't feminine, the best way to hide him from your father is to not hide him at all. Introduce him as your (best) friend and you can hang out with him any time. Your father will think you just hang out and if he likes your boyfriend he won't suspect anything.
If else, don't mention him at all or say you just know each other. Make sure they never meet.
