My dr told me it was okay to use the spray tan or creams as long as I waited until after my 1st trimester, much like hair dye. Depends on the doctor and you. Nothing different than some people shy away from any chemical or medicine during pregnancy and & child birth and others use with dr. approval in moderation.

I woudl just avoid it. Since there are so many more chemicals surging through out your body, you could have a bad reaction. Besides, let the healthy glow of pregnancy shine through! So what you'll get pale, get over it!!
not only that, if you get stretch marks, the spary tan stuff, won't work! And the vapors could harm the baby.

Spray tans are full of dangerous chemicals. Just leave your skin along and gestate happily!

Neither are good for you, but I suppose spray tans would be a bit better. I wouldn't try it, though, because it could cause your baby to be deformed.

my doctor said to stay away from both, but said the lotions that jergens and dove make that tan over a weeks time of use are ok to use.

No. Anything that comes in contact with your skin is in your bloodstream within 15 seconds. That stuff is not good for your skin or the baby's.

it soaks into your skin just like hair dye can, I wouldn't do it. Who cares if you look untan and pale, you have a baby coming it's not about you it's the child, think about yourself after birth
