I is not about the pen ....

Imagine you would be the person who is interviewing you. You have a job description, you may know the job to be done and you will see a certain number of people for interviews and have to make a decision who to choose.

You confront the person with a very general question and then see how the person reacts, how the person is dealing with this "bone".

Make sure you have understood the question correct,

Explain why you came to your decision.

What the interviewer wants to see how you deal with an unforeseeable situation, how you handle this situation, how you specify the situation ( if it is to general), how you structure your answer, if you take the necessary time to think, how you argue the case, what your verbal skills are, how you communicate.
