Solid: Coal, Diamond
Carbon compounds ..
Liquid: Liquid Natural Gas
Gas: Propane, Butane, methane

What do you mean? I do not know if there are any pure forms of carbon, but you can definately get gases liquids and solids with a couple other stablizing molecules thrown in. Pretty sure no plasma state of carbon.
If you meant actually states, as in the USA, I am stupider by reading this question.
