Depends what you think cheap is. These are the leggings i like that feel way comfortable ( but i just have the lace ones at A&F )
Limited too is good quality but about $25
Abercrombie kids is good but you might not fit, $20 for regular ones and $25 for striped ones
Abercrombieand Fitch is like the best, $25 - $35 (depending what kind you want)

if you want really cheap, really cute, and really good quality you can go to target. they arent neccicarily the best brang but there around 4 bucks there as if you were to go to the mall and get em for 9 or 10. so its deffinatly a good price. plus, i really like target clothes becasue i just recently bought a shirt there and the next weekend i went to the mall and saw almost the exact same shirt at abercrombie and fitch. so there not ugly or anything. and thats where i got my leggings. but if you want a guys opinion, every single one of my guy friends say that they dont like leggings on girls. but i think there cute. haha.

go to ross dress for less, t.j. maxx or marshalls. i have gotten three pairs of leggings this year for a total of $7. not seven each but all three for seven dollars. very very cute.
