It is by Yusef Islam. In 1977, Cat Stevens was in a near death experience, after which he converted to Islam and adopted the name Yusef Islam. "An Other Cup" is his first album in 28 years and first under the name of Yusef Islam.

In either case, I've heard it's subpar :(
Stick to BUDDAH AND THE CHOCOLATE BOX and the other 3 albums you have to get to compile the HAROLD & MAUDE "soundtrack"!
