UPS does deliver to Mexico. DSL is preferred by some.

A zip code in Mexico is called a "código postal."

When it's working properly, the website for códigos postales is
http://www.sepomex.gob.mx/Sepomex/Servicios/Busca+tu+Codigo+Postal/

However you will need to spell correctly
Guadalupe • Salamanca • GTO (the abbrevation for the state of Guanajauto)

go to their website and enter your info in, also go to a zip code look up site and enter in the info and it will give you the correct code
