I'm 5'7 and weigh 131 lbs. Before i was pregnant I weighed 116 lbs.
I don't look pregnant, you can't even tell if I'm wearing a sweater or coat, everyone thinks I'm about 5 months if I wear a tight shirt. this is my first pregnancy, and my body looks the same, it just looks like I have a basketball in my stomach. so how can I know if it has dropped?

I was the same way when I was pregnant. I was always pregnant in the winter, so people that I would see everyday, except for my friends and family, did not know I was pregnant. In the springtime when they would see me with a baby stroller, they would say whose baby is that!!! Until they took a good look and realized that the baby looked like me. Then they would say, "Well when were you pregnant?" I had all my children at exactly 37 and 1/2 weeks. I have three children, ages 15, 6, and 4. You'll know when the baby has dropped because you will have a lot of pressure on your bladder and you will be going to the bathroom every 5 minutes!!!

You are a very lucky girl :) You will feel like something is going to fall out of your vagina..You will feel this constant pressure almost like if you dont keep your legs together you feel like something is going to fall on the floor..Your obstetrician will also be able to tell you if your uterus is going down or if it is still up there, this will give you and your obstetrician to see where you are at!! Good luck and Congrats hun..
