I have a male friend who I've been friends with for about 2 yrs. He is also friends with my husband. He comes over our house every week. Last weekend, I accused him of telling some of my business to some other friend. I acted like I was mad at him, and I came to me about 4-5 times to find out what was wrong. I told him, and I was wrong. He got upset, and told me that he would never do that. I told him I was sorry, and he said that it was ok, just make sure that I come to him from now on. The next day, I bought him a cd and he said that he didn't want it, that he really didn't even like the artist. I had called him, and after about 10-15 min., he had to go because his wife had beeped in. He has not called since.

i don't really get what kind of advice you want.... why are kissing up to this guy... why are you getting all upset in the first place, and why are you writing this question.

something is shady about the fact that you care about being on this guys good graces so much.

i am sure that he is not upset with you, and hasn't called back cuz he doesn't have the time... and so what! the cd you chose flopped.... i don't think he is worried about getting a cd. let the whole thing blow over now.
