How do you make this virgin Island dish, kaldaluh? Am I spelling it right?

I First notice it on Bill Cosby, plus my Haitian friend's mum makes it all the time for them.

It is made with spinanch and all kinds of sea food. It is the best. You should also try roti, my favorite. Girl you took me back home I am from there.

Are you thinking of callaloo? Made with a lot of spinach? Do a google search and you should be able to find some recipes. I don't know any myself but I do like to eat it. Yum!
