I have allready tried using a pin, and that didnt't work. The necklaces have been tangled for about 2 yrs. now.

I think using your pin and your patience and determination you need to use general principles for untangling knots. I would go about it as follows...start near the edge of the tangle and try and loosen the loops. You eventually loosen enough loops that you will be able to pull one of the sticking out ends though it. Do that, then carry on, work patiently loosening and teasing until you can pull an end through, and each time you are 1 step closer to resolution!

I could do it, but I can't explain it. A professional should be able to do it, and they shouldn't charge you (at least, I wouldn't).
