(Yes, we all know they aren't real, that's why we're in the mythology section. But within the context of myths&folklore, let's work with the theory...)
A werewolf, I would say yes he could be capable of love, because he a man most of the time, and only turns into a wolf during the full moon. A werewolf wouldn't have a pack, since he is only in his wolf-state sporadically; nor have I ever heard of werewolves hunting down vampires... it's not really their schtick. Werewolves, like real wolves, would probably prefer to just run around, howl at the moon, eat, and possibly bite or attack anyone who tries to cage them.
I doubt a vampire could really love, because a vampire has no soul. He doesn't necessarily "love" blood, it's more of a necessity, a biological imperiative.
What the heck have you been reading? Might be time to diversify a bit.

Yes, but talking about vampires, they don't feel the need to love. As they don't get breed as any other mammal does, they don't need to couple and so the love is not a necesity in their lifes. Nevertheless, thay can fell in love because their primal human nature.
Actually, there are some vampires who loves to be in love and are real casanovas!

werewolf's are people during the day so yes
vampires probably not so much unless they are unwilling vampires like Barnabus Collins from the old Dark Shadows show As you recall he was only a vampire because Angelic a witch who loved him put a spell on him so he would fall in love with her but so much was his love for Joesette that he overcame it and she punished him by turning him into a vampire

No, they are not real. It is fantasy, a ridiculous one at that. Some people get caught up in this fantasy, I know a guy who thinks he's a "vampire." But they are ridiculous too. I think many people use these myths and personalize them to escape a painful reality. But really, it's not helping their situation, only prolonging the problems they have tried to run away from.
Because these Mythological creatures are not real, they do not feel. However the person writing about them can feel love, and imbue his characters with these qualities.

One might as well ask if the gargoyles on Parliament Hill can feel the rain, and cry for the cold in winter.
I do not think the vampires, or were wolfs could love. They do not exist. What ever creature we invent i.e. sphinx,centaur, or a comic book hero can only feel what ever we put into them on an inanimate object like paper. They are pawns to our imagination and will only hold what ever the author allows.

yeah, they could... werewolves can love anything, even a Vampire. (personal experance)
vampires can also love anything. including a human. they can both love enough to resist the urge to turn them.

Kind of depends on who's writing the story, doesn't it?
These are mythological critters - so its up to the authors to
determine the rules.
That being said, the primary tragedy of either of them is that
they were once human - and humans are capable of love.

I certainly think it possible for a werewolf to love because mine loves me with his entire soul.
His love for me is so intense and I think that's because of the wolf in him. They tend to do things wholeheartedly, with all they have. It's in their nature to not leave things half-done.

Hey, why not? They can speak like humans whenever required, stays in touch with human. Then definitely they will pickup all our bbits. Remember, anyone picks up bad habits first.
