The fact that all the freeze plugs have popped suggests that the coolant has froze, and hopefully the freeze plugs acted as a safety valve. The only way to be sure is to thaw the block out, replace the freeze plugs and refill the radiator/block with collant. If you see fluids spewing out, you cracked the block. Usually the block cracks outward rather than inward. This is just one of those check it, try it and see issues. Hope it is just the freeze plugs! And remember to use antifreeze this time if the block is not cracked.

If freeze plugs out and engine turning freely you have froze the block and damaged either the cyl or the piston
