There isn't a darn thing you can do. I know...it looks incredibly scary and bad. Only time can make it go away. I woke up one time and had one...for no obvious reason. It will go away in about 3 days. Your eyes are one of the fastest healing parts of your body.

Where do some of these people get these answers? Get your thyroid checked? Put ice on it? Come on. . .
A broken vessel in the eye can come from several things. .
1. Straining. Either from being constipated, lifting heavy objects and from sneezing during a cold.
2.High blood pressure. For some people this is their first symptom that something is wrong.
3.Rubbing your eyes can do this.
4.Injury which you say you haven't had.
Go have your blood pressure checked if the other causing factors are not present.
Otherwise it will clear up on it's own just like a bruise does and whatever caused it this time could possibly cause it to happen again.

put an ice pack over your eye for a few minutes at a time.
Burst vessels in the eye are sometimes caused when you strain whether by picking heavy objects or other means.
It may take about a week to get better. If this happens on a regular basis go see your doctor,it may be due to high blood presure also.

RE:
What do I do about a burst blood vessel in my eye?
I didn't injure my eye. I don't feel pain. There's just blood in my eye. I don't have high blood pressure as fas as I know.

Just wait. It should go away except for possibly a tiny blood spot where it ruptured. I would get the thyriod checked.

Nothng you can do abt it..just wait and your body will absorb the blood. This is caused from straining too much or what not.
