They are without doubt the worst adverts I've ever had the misfortune to watch. She has let herself go an awful lot, and she sounds as common as muck.
If Iceland think that's what the majority of their customers are like, I suggest we boycott them until they get some class (like the M&S Ads - now they're great!)

They are very annoying but also very amusing if you consider her fall from grace. From supposedly glamorous pop princess to the salt of the earth mother on the Iceland ad... an interesting contrast indeed!

I find her really irritating, though she's not as bad as Barry Scott on the Cillit Bang! ads.

Why is she suddenly talking through her nose in those ads?? I HATE the way she says "Cool" (With regards to the idiot who brings her food in his "Cool" van) and it bothers me that they keep her on when she is hardly the best role model in the world is she??
