For Sure!
To me thanksgiving represents so much. Our place in time and our geography/nationality afford us access to amazing abundance and opportunity, allow us freedoms and choices like no other generation.
Thanksgiving was originally about celebrating a good harvest, a good chance to survive the winter. Today food is everywhere, we don't ever need to worry. Our biggest problem is a long line at starbucks.
We are so fortunate and we should not forget it. Life is so delicate, so many people struggle today, our ancestors struggled and worked so hard to settle this continent .
Poverty and stravation are still rampant in Africa and parts of Asia and even in the US.
No need to feel bad about it, but enjoy what we have, give thanks.

It has a special meaning for me.I feel real Blessed on Thanksgiving because it's all about Family and friends.The food is the least of the matter.After we eat the Family time is great.

Just having dinner with my family which isn't to much different than any day during the week since my parents own a resturant!!

One word FAMILY!!! It is just a holiday tradition that I remember always being surrounded by those I love most. All the ups and downs, food prep, & clean-up it's truly a roller coaster ride in my house

It's just a great reason to get together with family and friends and remember how lucky we are to be together with such bountiful food.

Just about every day is Thanksgiving for me. Its stupid to just celebrate giving thanks once a year
