im a parisan muslim and every year over 1/2 million people convert to islam in france..at the present moment there are 6.2 million muslims in france. muslim women have on average more children than the non muslim women... and now some analysts say that france will join turkey and albania as the 3rd muslim european country.....france face presidential elections next year and i thin k the favourite to win will be selogen royal...she has a history of being pro arab and has stated before that france should distance itself from american policy..if she does win then we are going to expect even more muslims in france..what does the rest of the world think...thank you

They have reached critical mass where the number of muslims are of a high enough majority to have very strong leverage with the politicians and elections. Albania sees France as a second home.
But, the biggest issue they have is they treat immigrants as complete third rate citizens not giving them very good opportunities. Say what you will about the old USA but we put every able man/woman to work if they are willing may not be same wages but we still give them a chance to earn a living. Not so in France.

when i visited paris in 2005 (im going back this upcoming spring, paris is the best!!) the only muslims i saw were in this neighborhood southeast of montmartre/sacre-coeur. we went all over france too, mont st michel, sarlat near limoges, chamonix/geneve (geneva) and cote d'azur/monaco/nice/juan les pins/marseilles. plus, i keeping hearing that there are a LOT of muslims in france, but, i dont know, it still is predominately catholic though, right?? once again, i dont really know. i just hope i'm safe when i go back next year. no offensive, but, statictics prove that the ratio of islamic moderites to islamic extremists is MUCH higher than any other religion, and in the middle east/africa, the extremist population has EXCEED the moderite population, and alot of the influence comes from the middle east in the islamic world. now, there are plenty of muslims around where i live (south-east MICHIGA) that are really nice, i bet u are too.
also, at shannon airport (ireland) this past summer, i saw a magazine in a shop that said "EURABIA" like, Europe, and Arabia, combined, and i picture of the Eiffel Tower (La Tour Eiffel)

Armenia and Macedonia are mostly Christian. Macedonia is a candidate and is amazingly in all probability.
