How does he get all those people to join his administry, does he select them from Congress or something, please help, thanxs!

Traditionally, the president can choose whomever he wishes for his cabinet. The cast of cabinet secretaries is varied and has included both friends and foes of the sitting President at the time. However, most cabinet positions are subject to congressional hearings, so it helps to pick people with some kind of qualifications, and the selection and performance of the President's cabinet can reflect directly on the chief executive and influence his re-election, if they prove to be poor choices.

They are not elected, they are appointed.
The President selects whom ever he wants to fill positions on his cabinet. They are hopefully knowledgeable in the field for the position they fill.
But, its not unheard of for at least a few of the choices to just be people loyal the the President and who had a major part in his rising to office.

Dog lover gave a good answer. President Bush has the most racially diverse Admin in history, he really wanted advice from people of all walks of life. Another thing I like about him.

He usually chooses people that he feels will be competant in their jobs and then it is up to congress to ok these appointments. In George Bush's case he appointed people that were loyal to him whether they were competant or not simply to repay political favors, and he had no problem getting them approved by the repuglican congress. This is one of the reasons that he is having the problem that he is having in running the country.
