It is part of the Palms resort hotel complex- called Palms Place .
It is a new 50-story condominium hotel and spa that features about 600 fully furnished units ranging from 600 to 7,000 square feet. Prices range from $500,000 to $7 million.

Besides the hotels all around. i do believe its new condos that are being built.. i was just there..
