with fake eyelashes! ok, that might not sound good but if that's what you want then you can get it, there are lots of eyelashes you can buy in the makeup sections in boots/superdrug.
otherwise you need pencil eyeliner to apply on the inside upper rim just under your lashes (a soft one so it wont hurt) and then liquid eyeliner to make a line across on the lid just above your eyelashes. i use rimmel professional. dont be tempted to make it too thick or it will be obvious, but just having it there will make your lashes look thicker from a slight distance.
then you need to curl your eyelashes. you could try an electric curler for extra effect - sounds scary but they are really easy to use and don't get hot enough to hurt your eyes at all. they are usually battery opperated and take about 3-5 mins to heat up. try babyliss or Boots No7 do their own one.
after that use a mascara that builds volume and apply two coats rather than one very thick one. i like maxfactor telescopic for length and then i use maxfactor masterpiece over the top for extra volume, but you can browse and pick your own. i've heard that the rimmel extra volume one is good.
bear in mind that you'll never look exactly like her - but you can still look pretty good! :)

ok..
though they are obviously fake lashes- you dont need to wear them unless of course your lashes are totally non existent.
false lashes are hard work..they can come of easily and you might not get the positioning right and end up looking like you have the strangest hair growth on the lids.
best thing to do is:
cleanse, tone, moisturise-use a good eye cream to make the area radiant and non creasy. allow to sink in.
if you are going to use concealor under the eyes-use it now. bobbi brown creamy conceal is best for this
curl your lashes. you can use heated ones, but conventional ones to the trick: hold the curler at the base of the lashes for about 20 secs. release and hold again but this time towards the the middle. hold for 10 secs.
get a good liquid black liner. ysl and dior do brilliant ones in black.
apply the liner by starting at the inner corner. be careful to ensure it stays thin. slowly increase the thickness till the end and carefull flick out.
cant do this? get the liner-draw a thick line. get a moist cotton bud and remove excess liner until you get the desired line/shape.
next-get a black kohl pencil. prescriptives and mac offer the best in jet black that doesnt come off.
use it to line the inner sections of the eyes, top and bottom (the pinky area). keep lining until you get a thick black coat.
get the kohl pencil again and careful smudge a thin line under the lower lashes, keeping as close to the lash line as possible.
by now, your eyelashes might have excess residue of liner-so get a tissue and wipe off carefully.
if the curl isnt as strong on the lashes, recurl.
now u need a brilliant mascara.
you want something that gives u the false lash effect.
ysl false lash is one the best on the market. if not then diorshow. if these dont suit-go for maxfactor 2000 calories. get it in black.
get mascara wand and clean of excess with dry tissue. begin by working the inner lashes..holding the wand vertically and using a zig zag motion. one you have done this all the way to the end..coat the top of your lashes. then stroke on as many coats as you want-using zig zag motion. if it clumps-quickly get a comb.
allow to dry.
check in mirror for messy bits and use cotton bud to clean it all up.
and you will have falsh lash eyes.

You first need some false eye lashes, you can't just get that look with liner and mascara. So once you apply your lashes you make a very thick line of black eye liner across your top eye lid. And about 3 to 4 coats of mascara, And that's it. Just don't line your bottom eyes.

put on fake eyelashes and then get a smudge brush and a pencil blac eye liner. put the eyeliner as close to the lash line as possible and then after that take the smudge brush and smudge the line so its a soft line. blend it up slightly towards the eye crease. yea..her eyelashes are face...otherwise if u dont want to use fakies then try bourjois products they are AWESOME FOR EYELASHES
