If you wander up Charing Cross road from St Martins, on the right hand side are 3 -5 guitar shops, you couldn't do better - also go to new Bond street on the rhs as you walk to Oxford street, one of the best shops, just cant remember the name - but you cant miss it

Just order it from www.musiciansfriend.com. But trust me, you'll find it's a waste of money. The neck will warp because it doesn't come with a Floyd Rose tremelo, and the notes will cling and clang. You can buy a Floyd Rose for about $120 (US), but what's the point of buying a strat when you have to spend more money. Go with a Jackson or and LTD.

The main area for guitar shops is Denmark Street, WC2. Most shops will carry US, Japanese and Mexican Fenders/Squiers.

I got mine from Macari's Musical Instruments, Charing Cross Road. I've had it for 4 years and it's been gigging for 2 and its still fine - no warping or anything.

Its a lovely guitar, good value.
