Ignore him..... don't speak to him, argue , email, text, call. sever all ties.. He is only trying to get a rise out of you. Don't play into it.

Get a restraining order. He sounds very unstable. Stay clear of him altogether.

Calling the police for false accusations will not do anything unless he filed a police report. He would have to have proof beyond a reasonable doubt that you hit his truck with a pick.

Don't answer his phone calls, move on!

If he really thinks that, he should call the police on you. You didn't do it so you'll have a alibi (hopefully) I had a ex that keyed my car and flattened a tire. I didn't see her do it but knew it was her. I went to the police who said they had her on camera in the lot where it happened. She then confessed but then never paid for the repair. I sent my Insurance company after her.

For you, false accusations are just that. Be bigger than him and don't do the same false accusations back. Over time everyone will know you are better than him.

Let me ask you this. Why are you even in contact with your 'ex-husband". Don't call the cops. They hate people like you and your husband who obviously haven't enough common sense to control your own lives without calling them/us to solve your problems. In fact...cops consider the two of you worthless losers and will arrest the both of you just to shut you up. That means now you're tied up in court with your ex.
So try managing your own life for a change instead of getting the police involved. Stop making us hate you for your lack of decency and intelligence.

I doubt the police can do much unless there were witnesses. Is he trying to make you pay for it, have you arrested...what?? If he is just mouthing off, ignore it and him.

If it is not true, you have nothing to worry about.Even if he took it to court,he would have to prove it.If yo did it,then that's something to worry about.
