dont be shy and speak to everyone you see in school! im very popular. i not a shy person so thats y im so popular!

1. Smile. Practice saying "great" in front of the mirror and see how it looks. When you think about saying "great" in your head you will smile naturally.
2. Eye contact. Make sure you look at the person in the eyes while communicating. Don't get creepy and stare for too long though. Make sure to look at your hands every now and then. Studies have shown that when you look at your hands occasionally, it expresses engagement with the person you're talking to.
3. Watch your body language. When you communicate with others, make sure you don't have a non-verbal, defensive posture. Don't cross your arms. Keep them uncrossed. Mimic the body language of the person you're talking to. If they lean to the left, lean with them, etc. Every now and then, change your posture. If they mimic you, it expresses that they feel connected.
4. Instead of thinking about what you're going to say next. Actively listen to what the person is saying. Reiterate what you heard. People will naturally feel like you're a good person to talk to if you use this technique. Remember, you talking does not necessarily equal communicating. Most people just want to be heard.

You can't make yourself popular. Being popular takes character...meaning a lot of people like you for who you are. Be nice to everyone, make people laugh, and don't be fake; then I guarentee you will be popular.

Sometimes being popular is not a good thing. It can get mis-construed. I was popular back in high school, and it led me to doing drugs and stupid crap.
So be careful what you wish for.

if you are having to ask, then you probably will never be popular.. your peers look up to popular people right?? They do not look up to someone who is insecure, and dying to be popular, so relax.. its a state of mind that you need to be more secure, to achieve.

Just be yourself. popularity is a state of mind. If you be yourself you will have your own group of friends and in that group you will be popular. Just be less shy and more outgoing and as i said before, be yourself.

Whatever u do don't try modifying Ur character.U'll be confused then. Just be confident. people should like u for who u are not what u are or who u go out with. Go with Ur heart. Never disobey Ur conscience. Try Ur best not 2 loose Ur temper. oh.....and keep SMILING,coz my heart says u hav a gorgeous smile. :-))

be elegant, smart, friendly and smile . !!! being assertive - a little- is also a good sign of popularity, meaning " i am sure on what i do and want" but don't overdo nothing of that list.

Become Rich, The only trouble is it is a fake popularty, my best sugestion is be yourself and not what others want you to be, I'm ugly, fat and male and straighty, yet I have a load of friends because I am true to myself and will always stand by my friends

Do things which other people are afraid to do. And do it looking good. Whatever you do make it look easy. And normally do whatever it is that you want o do.
