It is the same as strangulation during sex. There are some people who actually get off to the act of being strangulated during the act of intercourse. It has to do with the rush caused by the lack of oxygen flow to the brain. Definitely not for me, but I know there are people out there who are into that kind of thing.

Sounds like you should only try this with a partner, preferably someone who doesn't want to see you dead. Have him put his hands around your neck and squeeze. But instruct him to let go should you pass out.

sounds wierd but then again all guys hold their breath just before they come, so there may be something in it.
