If you were on classical, don't listen to the fools telling you to listen to rap. Trust me, you'll actually feel dumber for doing so. You're going to want to listen to artists like Yngwie Malmsteen, and some newer bands like Avenged Sevenfold that take classical and spanish guitar and put it into their own unique sound. Screw that drowning bass drop crap that distorts listening to what may be called something less than music, get with the metal scene. The musicians know their stuff, and have classical influence that you may be able to connect with.
