It's called "The Myth of the Curse: How the Red Sox stunk for 86 years"
Just a joke. I know HBO did a thing that I saw in Tower records but I don't remember the name.

How about "Fear Strikes Out"? It starred Anthony Perkins playing Red Sox outfielder Jimmy Piersall.

Still we Believe came out after the 2003 season. It was about the 2003 season in particular and the 85 years of frustration up to that point. Probably only shown in theatres in New England, and possibly in New York by select sadists.

Just Fever Pitch. But Ted Williams and Carl Yastremzki deserves a movie of their own. At least one with Jason decapitating Ted!

Fever Pitch.
Also, there's a new one that's called
"We spent $51 million to talk to a japanese pitcher, then gave him $50 million more to play and he sucked and now our organization is ruined"
