I beleive Fever Pitch that came out a year or so ago is,well it's about one of their major fans.It's a comedy but it was pretty entertaining.

There is a movie called GAME 6 . I never saw it but it has to do with the Mets and Red Sox 1986 World Series.

How about "Fear Strikes Out"? It starred Anthony Perkins playing Red Sox outfielder Jimmy Piersall.

Still we Believe came out after the 2003 season. It was about the 2003 season in particular and the 85 years of frustration up to that point. Probably only shown in theatres in New England, and possibly in New York by select sadists.
