The sound starts off slow then as I go faster it gets louder. I can feel the vibrations from inside the car. When I got out to check a burning rubbery smell was coming from the rear right tire area. When I went over a little bump in the road the sound went away but then came back a little later.

This sounds like you may have one or more suspension parts, such as upper control arm which sits close to the upper back side of the rear tire or some other part rubbing the back side of the tire, this may be caused by too wide of a tire or bent wheel , or bent rear spindle which the wheel mounts to.
Hope this helps

Its your brake system - the caliper is likely stuck and its causing the brake pad to sit on your rotor - the burning plastic smell is the brake pad getting cooked off.

You need to take the car in and get the caliper fixed or you will likely ruin the pad, the rotor, and possibly the brake lines through overheating. You can drive the car in, but don't wait to get it fixed - it shouldn't cost much if there isn't a lot of damage.

That could be a brake problem or the wheel bearing may of seized up on it so have someone pull both of the rear wheels off and check the brakes/bearings carefully. It maybe easier or cheaper to simply buy the rear hub assembly and replace it then just trying to replace the bearing. Hope that helps and best of luck.

Sounds like your springs and strut are shot. your springs are sagging causing the tire to rub. this is causing the vibration and the rubber smell. I would take it to a shop ASAP (probably have it towed) and have it looked at. It's very likely your strut is seized up and it will need to be replaced.

It is going to fall off! Take it to the nearest gas station that has a mechanic. It will cost about 200 dollars.

I advise you to ignore the sound and smell and to drive at top speed whenever possible.

it's the lack of taking your vehicle in to have it looked at by people who know what the F*** they are doing.
