blast your eyelash curler for about 3seconds with a hairdyer then curl your lashes before mascara ( i like curling after too )
or get a better eyelash curler every eyelash curler is different you might need a different shape or just a better one!

If you use mascara this will work. As your pulling the wand through your lashes stop the brush about half way and try to pull your lashes up while you almost close your eyes. Hold it there for a couple seconds and repeat. The mascara will kinda act like hair gel on your lashes.

a curler will work. wet them first, then curl them for about 5 seconds, then blast them with the hair drier for about 5 seconds (while still curling). the heat will set the curl

I think you need a new curler. Yours if probobly just worn out or something. Mascara would make them longer, but not curl them.

Go to a reputable salon and get them permed. It should last a long time.
Ask around your friends for good salons.
