You and any medical professionals caring for you....the only other people are the non-medical professionals that need to access your records for billing purposes or quality assurance purposes. There are very strict rules around sharing of medical records information and how it is handled. If you think someone has had access to your information that shouldn't have, you need to contact the hospital and speak to someone in the legal department to investigate the matter. You and your doctor only. If anyone else wants to see them you have to give permission or a judge can order them released for a court case.
