So I just got notified my bill was ready. They say that I went over my minutes by 62 minutes, which comes out to be $30.00. I have never gone over minutes in the 10 years I have been a verizon customer. My question is, since verizon has free verizon to verizon calling, should they be charging me for those minutes? They way it was explained to me, & the way its always been is that verizon to verizon is free. The stupid lady in customer service was a real biotch & said that I went over & thats the end of the story. I was just curious what the free verizon to verizon is...HElp please!!! This really pissed me off! Thanks!!!

The way I have understood it is that if you are a verizon customer, calling or receiving calls to/from another verizon customer is free. There is no deduction on minutes. I do believe they have to be another verizon WIRELESS customer however and just having home service doesn't count.

Yeah, Verizon to Verizon is free. unless your in some other usually older plan with them that dosen't have the free verizon to verizon as part of the plan. But I would call back your bound to get another rep. and just be polite and ask what they can do for you a GOOD customer and someone should fix it for you. Either upgradeing your plan or removeing the charges. Also most major companies keep call logs so chances are they could tell you who was so nasty yo you and repremand them as well.

Verizon should not charge you for verizon to verizon call that the whole thing being free. Should should call back and let them know you been a customer with them for 10yrs and you never have gone over your min. so they can take those charges off. most company do that for fist time customer who make it a mistake. If you know that all your call have been to verizon customers then I would fight it till they take those charges off. phone companies a go overboard sometimes.

call Verizon or inspect their internet site. i assumed once you observed as Verizon to Verizon it exchange into unfastened, besides the undeniable fact that it relatively is not, except you have a definite plan and pay greater beneficial each and each month. My mistake fee me an further $50 that month.

call customer service again. alot of the people there suck at being alive!! just call them. if u dont get ur bill with all the calls listed then call them and ask for it. they can send u one for free. or go to verizonwireless.com there u can see ur bill.

if u have free verizon to verizon u shouldnt be charged anything for calling verizon customers.

In order to have free calling to other Verizon users you have to be enrolled in the "IN NETWORK." I thought the same thing you did, and ended up running my Mom's bill up because while I was "IN" she wasn't since her plan was regional and mine was nationwide calling. You need to ask to speak to a supervisor in customer support and get some real answers. We ended up having my Mom's charges removed because it was never explained to us.

It depends on your plan. Not everyone has free IN minutes, but the majority do.

Just call back and ask the person to go over your bill with you. If they aren't helpful, ask for a supervisor (they'll get someone who has more experience to take escalated calls).
