I been talking to someone from my country The Dominican Rep for 14 month and i really like these guy i havent' meet him jet but we do have a lot of communication because we talk on the phone every single day. Now i suppost to be in D R on dec but i juststarted to do my citizenship paper what to do ? I don"t know how to tell him that i woun't be able to keep are plans!!!!!!

Since you talk daily, just tell him whatever the problem is.
Very simply that "you're unable to keep your plans" at this time.
Why is that so hard to say?

Just be honest with him - if he is really a great guy then he will understand.
