As a stay at home mom who is 31 weeks pregnant and taking care of a 14 month old, let me tell you that what would be the best would be taking care of the baby and cleaning the house for a whole day, while she relaxes for once.

What a wonderful husband you are to want to do something nice for her!

Awww that is soo sweet! Stay at home moms are underrated. They're hardworkers and work around the clock without pay or benefits.
You should get someone to babysite your 18month old and tell your wife to dress up and take her to a dinner and a show afterwards.

Take a day off from work and offer to take care of your child and clean up the house and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner, while you wife goes out and has the day to herself. That is what my hubby did when I was preggars, my husband ended up appreciating me even more because the work was hard! Very difficult than a 9-5 job.

Have someone watch your 18 month old for a day and take your wife somewhere nice. Maybe to a spa for a massage or to get her hair done. Then take her to a romantic dinner or dancing, whatever she likes. Don't forget flowers and a special card.

That's very sweet that you want to show your wife how much you care, she's a lucky woman!

I suggest one day you wake up with baby on the weekend. Let mom sleep in for a good time, and make her breakfast in bed. See if you have a local spa that will come to your house to give her "the treatment". I think every pregnant women deserves one of these trips while pregnant. It just lets you relax and rejuvinate. Some spas even offer packages especially taylored to pregnant women. Make it her day.

Take a day off work to care for your 18-month old, while she enjoys the spa day you purchased for her.

Send her out to get her hair done, or to a spa or out with some friends and while she'd gone clean the house, wash the cloths, etc....I know I would love it if my husband did something like that.
