A regular 2D polygon with 13 vertices is called a triskaidecagon. There are no regular 3D polyhedron with 13 vertices. There exists a polyhedron with 13 vertices and 11 faces, an augmented hexaongal prism, but mathematically studied polyhedra with 13 vertices are very rare.

a thirteen sided polygon. A polygon is a shape made of straight lines The vertices are the "corners", all 13 of them. It may have a special name but it would be pretty useless.

a dodecagonal based pyramid has 13 points- 12 around the bottom and one on the top.
