It depends: if you mean by guessing, no way! Otherwise, with sonogram technology, by about 4 months along in the pregnancy, mothers find out who to expect- John or Jane. Moms have a 50/50 shot of guessing the sex of their baby.
My mom had five kids (was never sure who to expect) and I am the mother of two. My second pregnancy I thought, "Women say they could tell the difference between their pregnancies, things that felt different if they were carrying a boy instead of a girl. This baby is SOOO active, maybe it's a boy." I had a very active girl!

i had a feeling i was having a girl but scan says boy i sorta knew with my last 2 but think its more lucky guess although the day i found out i was pregnant with this baby i thought boy but changed my mind so who knows some ppl say they just knew, the secret so I'm told is not think bout the sex for a few Min's/hrs then get someone to ask you what you think your having!!! OK so that probably don't work either but have fun guessing!!!
also try the Chinese gender charts again harmless fun

No......the only absolutely 100% way of knowing the sex of a baby is when it enters this world. Ultrasounds are wonderful but have been known to be wrong.

No, but sometimes the mother's dream about their babies during their pregnancy and had premonitions about their babies gender and so on.
When I was pregnant, I had dreams about what my baby would look like before they were born but I wasn't sure if it was a boy or a girl

No. That is not true. I have 3 children and never knew the sex of any of them, until they were born.

no that's not true. although a study has found that almost 70% of women that did not know the sex of their babies guessed correctly. that's an amazingly high percentage.
