Sometimes you just need to yell out all the words you need to say. No one even has to hear them. (Yell them at the bathroom mirror.)
Exercise is a good way to rid yourself of built up frustration as well. Get out and jog/walk for 30 minutes.
After you have "let out the anger" don't allow it to consume you again. When those thoughts and feelings begin to pervade your thoughts--reject them. Say to yourself, "No, I'm not going there anymore. I've already dealt with it. It's over, it's done. I will not think about it anymore."
We can't stop people from doing and saying things to us that are hurtful, but we can control our minds re-playing them over and over and over again.
The more you allow your mind to re-play the hurt the angrier you will become because each time you "re-play" you magnify all the feelings of hurt, anger, bitterness, etc...and in doing so you become your own worst enemy.

When I am angry and under a whole lot of stress...it can go both ways...I either rent a movie and scoop some ice cream, chocolate, the feel good remedy or I head out for a good work out at the gym, I prefer the latter, leaves you will less of an inch to pinch.

It is not so much as letting your anger out as it is in finding 'peace within'.
The action of banging two pots together will not calm you down...all it does it wear you out...but the anger is still unresolved.
You need to confront what makes you mad and why. More often than not it is not the person or the situation that is the 'root' cause of your anger, they are merely 'the triggers' and you need to find why they trigger you. What have you buried or just built a bridge over that you have not really validated? Our Universe works in mysterious ways in delivering to us our lifes lessons and one is to make internal peace with ourselves. In order to do this one must experience anger and learn how to tolerate and accept without judgement. If one stands in non judgement one is unable to harbor anger. What are you judging and what is it about 'yourself' that you do not consciously wish to confront?
We all have choices in life. The first one we have each day is to 'Breathe' and all choices made after that we also have to 'own'. As long as we are responsible for 'ourselves' and acknowledge this, also recognising that what others think is none of our business, let them grow 'grey hairs' over us, we can stand in our own truth. What is your truth. Are you following yours or one others? This is about empowerment...self empowerment and anger is just giving it away to whomever is present and they will just unconsciously respond with taking what you are so freely giving. Your light is yours to keep you healthy, so learning your connection to your inner peace space will support you, not deport you, in other words become ill from all the negativity.
Painting is an excellent method of meditating and connecting with your psychic self. Allow your inner channels to flow through whatever comes to the canvas. Soft Pastels are fun too as you can use your fingers to smudge and blend colour, allowing you to express your creative side. This is where you will find peace with your anger. Creative expression is your saviour and faith in yourself and that of your connection to our Divine Whole Source.
Blessings be yours in peace & light

When I feel really stressed the only thing that helps is going for a walk / run. If you can grab a punching bag and hit it as hard as you can...or even a cushion..
Or you can just talk to the person that has made you so angry..
I hope you feel better soon

1)Write it all down. You will start feeling much better as you go.
or...
2) Stand in front of the mirror and pretend you are talking to the person... let it all out!
After you are done, sit down and think about everything you are grateful for. That should do the trick!
I hope this helps!
Good Luck!

I go to the closest batting cages and take it out on the balls, even if I miss I'm still exerting the negative energy. Otherwise I'll do some kind of activity where I can throw things.
