There are a lot kind of way to make GIF images.
I can give you some software name which make gif
1) Adobe Image Ready
2) Flash
3) GIF animator
4) PaintShop
I wrote you just for example there a lot of software about gif animator.
But The base logic is same. Firstly make difrent scene with graphic softfare like Photoshop or Flash and greate gif images with export techics.
Take Easy

Right click and save as - if it only saves it as a .bmp then it is because of a bug in XP, try clearing your internet history.

If you don't want to do that then right click and select email picture it will then place it as an attachment in an email, just drag it from there onto the desktop

To play the gif just drag it into Internet explorer

You've probably saved it correctly - it's just a matter of viewing it using a program that will display the whole animation, not just the first frame. Any IE should display the animation correctly, I would think.

the animation is a program cycling through different pictures unless you have all the pictures and the program to cycle the picture then you might be able to "reproduce" the animation but the shortcut there is not one.
