one of the advantages is being able to use the software one of the disadvantages is sharing a jail cell with a guy name cream puff because you used saoftware without a license.

Basically the advantage of buying software licences over boxed software is that typically licenses are cheaper, because you don't get the software, just a piece of paper authorizing you to have X number of copies of that software installed.
Normally only businesses do this.
The disadvantage is if you purchase a large license, you will only be provided with 1 copy of the software. So if you lose that one set, you are kinda screwed.

Support and upgrades
Basically you can install unlicensed software but you will not be able to get support from the software vendor. There are a wealth of people out there to help with problems. And at the end of the day you may just need the latest patch or upgrade which you will not be eligable for if you software isn't licensed.

1st disadvantage is that u will be fines or go to jail
2d u will not be apple to upgrade the software
and the advantage is that u ill get support
