I'm a very sensitive person and quite often I take thing so seriously... what should I say, and do.... any advice how to be more relaxed?

There are some very good answeres here. I would also suggest working on your self-esteem. You should not be so sensitive to what others think. You are not here to please everybody on the face of the Earth. Try doing some reading on-line or get a good self-esteem book.

You find once you stop trying to please others and stop worrying about what every one else thinks your whole outlook on life will change for the better.

I used to be like that, I think as you get older things don't bother you as much. You can try meditation, it's a great way to relax and clear your head. Or yoga is good too.

Get away from the things that concern you. You'll find other people going about their business with no concern about your BIG PROBLEM. Therefore your big problem is not so big. If this doesn't work then get drunk.

Take up skydiving! It works for me.

take yoga.
learn how to let your natural self be there.
i recommend taking yoga.

take a deep breath...and push it out through mouth...do it in 3 or times or take or own time...test it,,,
