Stuffing, cranberries or cranberry sauce, gravy, pumpkin pie, sweet potatoes....and then everyone usually has a few dishes besides that, it depends on the family.
We have that, plus spinach artichoke dip (mmmm), salad, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, and some more desserts (pumpkin cheesecake, and pumkin gingerbread trifle).

My mother-in-law prepares a very traditional Thanksgiving dinner. She has turkey with homemade stuffing and gravy, mashed potatoes, and candied sweet potatoes. She has brussel sprouts as well as broccoli, cauliflower, and corn. And cranberry sauce. For dessert, there's pumpkin pie definately, then another pie or two such as mincemeat (nobody but her eats that one) and pecan. I like to bring a cheesecake, pumpkin cheesecake if I can.

At my grandparents' house, every year we have turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, rolls, green bean casserole, and pumpkin pie. Those are the basics with a few variables thrown in.
My favorite is the green bean casserole. I love that stuff!

We always have our favorite foods (along with the turkey). Everyone brings the dish/dishes they like best to eat and share with each other at the family table. What better way to "give thanks" than to share your best with your family and friends. So, saying that, we have pineapple casserole, green beans, dressing, cranberry sauce, crock pot Mac and cheese, the list is just too long. Just fix your favorites and you will be thankful you did!
