If she's continuing to smoke, there's not a lot you can do for personal smoke odor, especially if she smokes in the house. Bathing often, wearing clean clothes, not smoking in the house, and quitting smoking are about all you can do. Gum, mints, etc. are a temporary fix.

Smoke rises. So in the adventure that your mom and dad have a window open or something, they are going to probably scent it. If no longer, you're probably ok. The scent of smoke diesnt linger too long. in 20 minutes you does not be waiting to tell if somebody became into smoking. placed on some physique spray or replace your outfits. enable your room air out. you will possibly desire to be great.

Spray Febreze all over the house and on the fabrics in the house: draperies, sofas, chairs, bedding
Open the doors and windows if you can an let in some fresh air.
Sometimes you have to paint the walls or strip the wallpaper in a place to get the smoke smell out
Burn scented candles

Your friend is the one that smells or is it in her house?
If she smells she simply should stop smoking. I know that it sounds easy, but I understand from some of my own friends that to quit is really hard. I know one lady at school that smells like an ashtray. Just talking to her makes me gag. I've known a few people who really stink when they smoke. Your friend may be one of those.
If the smell is in her house use febreeze or odoban.
Good luck with the odor.

First of all tell her not to smoke in her house. My husband smokes and we do not smoke indoors. To really get rid of the smell the best thing and it sounds weird, but go to Wal-mart to the sporting goods section and get the scent killer that hunters use. Make sure you get the right one, some of them add the scent of the forest floor. But it works great!

You need to clarify where the smell is that you want to get rid of. If it is in the air then burn a candle to help. If it is in your hair or clothes then they need to be washed. If it is in your furniture then you need to clean the furniture or at least use a spray made to freshen furniture. If this friend does not live with you then tell them from here on in they have to smoke outside if they come to visit and you cannot tolerate the cigarette smoke.

You can't get rid of the smell, it stinks. All you can do is mask it, which actually makes it worse. If you really want to help her you'll have to be cruel to be kind...tell her she reeks and her teeth are going yellow. The most sure fire way of getting a woman to stop smoking is to appeal to her vanity.

Yep, wash clothes regularly, use something like Febreze if you're desperate, wear perfume, always have a window open if you're smoking outside and watch the direction the smoke blows....and yes scented candles are good. You can also get good hair scents too which make your hair smell freshly washed...

Menthol cigarettes smell less than normal cigarettes so she could try those. Or if she smokes outside, the smell won't get much of a chance to ingrain itself into her clothes and hair. She could use a good smell neutralising air freshener like oust and spray herself with body spray and wash her hands...

You can use Febreeze air/fabric odour neutraliser or those little plug in air fresheners specifically for smokers or stubborn smells.
If weather permits, also try opening windows to help air out the room that smells.
