I am sorry to hear that you are sad. In the mean time why don't you try to spend as much time with your friends as can. Talk to them about how you feel really helps. You might ended up crying but that's OK. It is OK to cry and it would make you feel better afterward.
You an go to the gym, run around the block to run out all of your anger out. It really helps. When I am sad, I usually drive around, listen to my favorite songs and sing along with it. Music is the best therapy.

I cry if Im really sad. But it always cheers me up when I watch a funny movie! If you have a close friemd you might try talking to them about whatever bothers you. Hope ya feel better!

When I'm sad I feel crying, but I never cry. What I would suggest is cry as hard as you can. That way your heart is going to eliminate all the sadness that I wsa in it. Also, talk to someone that you really trust and you know she's going to make you feel better.

Can't you see yourself in the mirror smiling at yourself? Aren't you a survivor already? Look at all you've survived in this short period of time we call life...and your still here!
Go for a walk. It's beautiful today. Take some deep breaths, and allow yourself to really see your surroundings. Take it in. Smile at people, and people will smile back. Make it a game. It's fun, and it does help you feel better too. There alot of strength in a smile...

When I am really sad, I have a REALLY GOOD cry about it, and feel better when I am done. Everyone is allowed to feel every emotion. Feeling sad is not bad, it is just a feeling to experience, then move on to feeling happy!

when i'm sad I go drink a lot then wake up the next morning rough as a badger.Then have to go find out what I did.

I write a poem/ cry my eyes out then wipe them away and put a smile on. When that doesn't work I call one of my best friends aka Anton and just laugh it out. If you want to talk I can try to make ya laugh I'm a pretty big dork. lol. Just IM me at smilefake_withlust. And remember put a smile on put a smile on everybody come on put a smile on. When I'm sad, I play with my cat. She is always energetic and playful and keeps my mind off what is making me sad. Working out helps sometimes too. You get your frustrations out by excercising. you can also rent your favorite comedy movie or something that you always love watching. Good luck!

I do a couple of things. For starters i cry it out and then i get a Corona (beer) and a funny movie. a friend that makes you laugh and can listen to you is always a super good thing. Oh yeah and chocolate cake.
