When my son talks, he often stutters, but he repeats the end of the word, not the beginning like

yesterday-day my teacher-cher-cher she told me that I couldn't go to recess-cess because I didn't-t-t-t finish my picture.

it's not too unusual. most school districts have a speech therapist who is trained to work with such kids. most of the time this will naturally lessen as the child gets older. i recommend private speech therapy if the school doesn't provide it. get on a stuttering list or something so you can understand people who have the stuttering issue more. it often reduced people's confidence. you may have to make extra efforts to keep your son's confidence up as he ages.

WOW,this is a rare case of Stuttering. Most stutters repeat the begining of the word, and some stutters prolong their connection to the following word. What your son is doing is repeating the end of the word you say?
Well let me try to answer this so you will understand. What your son is doing is basically stuttering at the begining of a word, but starting/stuttering from the end of the word before. His mind is trying to connect the words and/or word that comes next,at the same time.
For Example: If he says Fishing-ing-ing Pole.
He is using the "ing-ing" to jumpstart the next word.
You know what,I suck at explaining things..lol..he does have a problem(Stutter) so seek help. From what you say your son is an extremly fast thinker.Which there is nothing wrong with that, just means his mind his working faster than most, chances are if he is asked a question,he prepares to answer,at the same time he is thinking of what your answer/question will be to his answer and what his reply will be to that and what your reply will be to that ALL AT THE SAME TIME.He has already had the entire conversation in his mind before the conversation began.Which in return shows through his speech. Its not a disability, its a sign your son is VERY intelligent.Give him some Fast thinking Games or what not.You will see.I bet he beats everybody. Good Luck! ;)
