its VERY CRUCIAL to stop smoking now. this is the time when you baby develops its organs. if you continue to smoke you can affect the baby severely. some people get lucky others dont....almost all the time the baby develops lung problems later in life. it can also develop brain function and low birth weight and many other things. if you go cold turkey, you will go through withdrawals and those can be pretty bad. but since you are pregnant to be totally safe ask you doctor which brands are best. most of the time you can just ask the nurse at the office. ask for a the approved list of brands for cigarette quiting products and be sure to ask for the pregnancy categories on the products too. those will tell you how safe they are for you and the baby! :)

I suggest not smoking.
Try nicotine gum or patches.
You really can't smoke during pregnancy, because it can cause your baby to be deformed.

probably not. Maybe just the safety of your baby will be enough to make you stop smoking. Read about all the problems smoking causes to babies... it's sad.

Try chewing on gum or hard candy. It helped my parents and my sister when she was pregnant.

I think you have to be firm towards your own decision. It determines your baby's life. Please think of your baby ok.. when doing things ok? I think you should see a doctor and ask him for advice. Take regular supplements and rest more. Take care:)
